| SYSTEX PBB seminar: Common shareholders - the right to be informed is most important |

(2009.5.9 / Vietnam)SYSTEX and HBBS had an excellent seminar yesterday on the topic "Investor Protection in the Information Asymmetric Market" in its series of PBBs in May.
At 2p.m Friday, 8 May, HBBS trading floor at 2C, Van Phuc, Kim Ma, Hanoi was filled with investors who attended to hear Professor Nghia's excellent speech which he focused on helping investors understand shareholders' rights and then looking at these rights protection from aspects of corporate structure (shareholders meetings, the role of the board of management and explaining the rational leading to legal requirements in this regard) and finally discuss some ideas to develop a strategy how to protect the legitimate rights of shareholders under the Vietnamese business environment context.
